What is a commissary kitchen and how does it work?

A commissary kitchen is a large commercial kitchen which meets all of the requirements of the county and state for food production and sale to the public. It is a place where multiple companies produce  their own products to sell. This means that more than one company works in the kitchen at a time. 


Will there be room for me to work?

Our kitchen is over 4000 square feet with multiple work stations, cooking stations, dishwashing stations and refrigeration units. The amount of room for you to work is determined by the usage plan you choose.


When can I work?

Each company receives a key. The kitchen is open 24/7 except from 9pm to 12pm on Saturday for the cleaning crew.
